Maisy's story:

Maisy is a 15.2 beautifull TB mare she belonged to someone who loved her dearly but unfortunatly didnt have the time that the horse needed and so she was sold on to what seemed the perfect home!! She was checked on several times and the new owners seemed over the moon with there new family member!

It seemed to be a happy ending for her, untill January hit when Maisy was removed from the yard she was at and shoved in the back garden of a council estate house not much bigger than a stable along side with another pony. Here the horses where tied up so short they could not move or lay down, beaten up, had no shelter, where riden round the garages when starving hungry and in imeance pain and where kept from food and water up to 10 days at a time. Theese horses only servived for this period from eating there own feaces.

Maisy and her friend where made to stay in this conditions for 4 months before finally beeing rescued by the Rainbow Bridge Equine charity, at last both horses will get the care they desperatly need.

Here's where you come in

Maisys vet bills are starting to add up, and for her to continue to get better she is still needing more treatment, for her to receive this treatment Rainbow Bridge needs more donations! So this is me asking you to please donate what ever you can! For Maisy to survive and move on from this she needs your help!
