Story

Hi. In 2005 my lovely daughter Hope was born with Congenital Central Hypoventilation Syndrome. Hope has no response to carbon dioxide in the body and so she relies on a ventilator to keep her alive whenever she sleeps, is tired or unwell. Hope also has problems with her bowels and growth. Hope is an amazing little girl, she loves dancing and singing songs from musicals. She recently auditioned for a part in Matilda, in the West End! Hope has put up with lots of procedures and operations over the years, she is a determined little girl who makes me very proud. This year I turned 40, I started the year with a health scare and that has made me determined to lose weight for my health and also for my 5 children. I would like to raise money for the CCHS support group (Hope's condition) and would appreciate any donations/sponsors for my weight challenge. So far I have lost 29lbs, 23lbs on my own and now 6lbs since joining weight watchers. Please donate as little or as much as you can afford for this worthy cause.
