I have never run 10k. I have barely ever run 1k. So be a doll, and support me to raise money for LAFI Burkina, because as you will probably know this is an actual challenge for me. And because LAFI is supporting Tigoung Nonma and Handicap Solidaire Burkina who are doing brilliant work advocating for disability rights and the social inclusion of people with disabilities in Burkina Faso.
