As you may know we have lost the backbone and the rock of our family... a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunty and close friend of ours Our Precious Kay! She was honest, loyal, crazy, and a true legend, She will be deeply missed and there will be a massive hole in our family that will never be filled. We have precious memories that will be with us forever.

I would like to say on behalf of the family thank you all for your special messages, cards and well wishes... thank you to all her friends and ex work colleagues for everything. A special thank you to the district nurses, hospice of the valleys nurses and carers, all of which we greatly appreciate.

We would like to take this opportunity to explain Kays wishes when her amazing life journey came to an end..

14 years ago Kay and her loving husband David donated their body to science and research in hope that they could help ongoing research to find a cure for cancer.

There will be no formal funeral but we are asking for donations to the hospice of the valleys in kays memory as this is a charith close to our hearts and it meant alot to kay as she fundraised herself and helped the  charity as much as she could.

Just a small amount will make a massive difference in many many ways. We hope that we can give somebody else the care and support that kay recieved..
