I visited Tower Hamlets Food Bank in April to volunteer and learnt about the great work they do locally to support those in need - offering both emergency food and advice and support.

£10 will ensure a local person facing crisis receives a session with an Advice & Support project worker to begin the journey out of crisis.

£50 will enable the Advice & Support team to continue supporting someone on their journey and refer them onto specialist services for further advice, support and training.

£100 Will help provide people with long-term sustainability, freedom from a cycle of dependency and the opportunity to get back into work.
