I will be (attempting) to run the London Marathon 2016 to raise money for Arthritis Care.  I'm sure many of you will have friends and relatives who are affected by arthritis.  In fact with around 10 million sufferers in the UK, we all have a good chance of developing arthritis at some point in our lives.

Arthritis Care is a charity offering support and information to sufferers of arthritis.  It enables those affected to get their lives back, helping them to regain their independence and cope with pain and isolation.
