Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 4th September, I shall be "doing a Boris" by stepping off the top of Trent Bridge Cricket Ground and gliding serenely along a zip wire over the pitch before landing conveniently close to a pub on the other side of the ground. It's only a couple of hundred metres and, frankly, it ought to be a doddle given that gravity will be doing most of the work, so no real effort involved. Just my type of adventure really.

But you have a part to play too.. which you probably knew having landed on this page.

The point of all this jollity is to raise some money for the Trent Bridge Community Sports Trust. These lovely people are all already employed by Notts County Cricket Club to do their day jobs, but they also work with local youngsters at risk of social exclusion to improve their life chances through community projects and mentoring. You can find out more about the Trust at http://www.trentbridge.co.uk/trust/index.php
