On Sunday 31 July I will be taking part in the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 event, cycling 100 miles from the Olympic Park, around the Surrey hills and ending on The Mall.

I will be riding in support of Fields in Trust, a great charity that works to ensure that ensures that everyone should have access to free, local outdoor space for sport, play and recreation. These spaces are vital to building happy and healthy communities and sadly continue to be threatened by all kinds of development.
