What better way to celebrate the lovely Steve's return to health by hilly action in Switzerland.  To start off a series of charity runs Steve and I are both going to run and walk a Swiss Alpine Mountain race, 6 months after Steve was released from hospital after a subarachnoid brain haemorrhage so quite a challenge.  Even better we would like to raise money for the fantastic Salford based charity BASIC.  BASIC support people and families who have been affected by brain and spinal injuries after they come out of hospital and Steve and I have both benefited from their brilliant services, staff team and peer support.  If you can we would be very grateful if you could donate to this fabulous and much needed organisation and encourage us in our journey up mountains at the end of July.  Additional races in the series will be announced as and when finalised once the Swiss challenge has been completed.
