I've been involved with Milton Country Park for more than 15 years now, helping organise events and supporting their website. In recent years I've taken a step back from much of this. However I still use the Park regularly for running, walking and photography so I want to give something back to the Park. 

The Great Newham 10K may not be the most challenging run but for me it is the only chance I'm likely to get to cross the finish line in the London Olympic Stadium, and whilst doing that for myself it would be good to help Milton Country Park.
