Steph's Beauty Lounge are set to complete Tough Mudder 2016 on the 10th of September.

This Charity is close to a couple of us as individuals, that has helped us at a difficult time in our lives and maybe without that help we would not be the strong individuals that  we have become.

All of us at SBL have our own amazing role models in our mums who have helped us become strong women and achieve our goals and as a team we are stronger, more determined and the sky is our limit, we hope to inspire those going through a difficult period in their life but show that dreams are most definitely achievable!! 

We are aiming to raise £400 between us for Welsh Women's Aid to continue the amazing work they do and help Women and Children live fear free!
