Am wahanol resymau ni allaf cymryd rhan yn y Tour de Cymru swyddogol. Felly neis i osod sialens personol i feicio/rhedeg yr un pellter - tua 1000km - cyn diwedd Awst 2014. Er oedd y rhan fwyaf o'r filltiroedd ar y beic, oedd yn bwriad i redeg o leiaf 10% ohonynt ar y mynyddoedd. Buaswn yn ddiolchgar os medrwch cefnogi'r elusen ardderchog hwn - Gafael Llaw - trwy chefnogi fy ymdrechion. Diolch

Sialens wedi'i gwblhau! Gorffenodd y 1000 kilomedr yn ystod Awst gyda reid o 47 milltir. Diolch i bawb am eu cefnogaeth ac i'r rhai cyfranodd at Gafael Llaw

For various reasons I am unable to take part in the official Tour de Cymru so I set myself my own challenge of cycling and/or running the same distance - 1000 kilometres - by the end of August 2014. Although most will be cycling I aimed for at least 10% to be fell running miles. I would be really pleased if you could support this excellent charity - Gafael Llaw - by supporting my efforts. Thanks

Challenge completed! 1,000 kilometres during August finished with a 47 mile ride. Thanks to all that have supported me and those that have donated to Gafael Llaw.
