I am once again running this year for the First Love Foundation, but for 2016 I have upped the ante; from 5k to 10k. Yikes, I have never run that far and I get tired even driving 10k! But this charity is worth the effort, and worth your support.

First Love tackles food poverty and provides crisis support for residents in my home borough of Tower Hamlets; an area that despite being home to the financial hub that is Canary Wharf, is still the third most deprived borough in England, with the highest percentage of children living in poverty at 49%.
