Story
On the 16th Feb the team made it to the top of Kilimanjaro. Iam so pleased to have done this, and to have raised the money that we did.
The last night was an amazing trial of determination and physical endurance. We started at 11.30 at night and arrived at Stella Point on the edge of the crater at 6.30 am. 7 hours of -15 degrees cold, 30 mile an hour winds and a 5 minute break only every hour. There were times when I was questioning what the hell I was doing!
But we did it, and I am extremely humbled by your donations. The gate however is not closed! Please feel free to power on and if you haven't done so please sponsor me, make it worthwhile for Breadline Africa. I am paying for the trip myself so all thoughts of this being a sponsored holiday should be wiped from your brains!! All of your donations will go to BreadLine Africa.
They are a charity that works mainly in Africa supporting self help projects along the lines of "teach a man to fish" With your donations Breadline Africa can help support ground level African charities that are trying to help the communities around them realise their full potential. It's about offering a helping hand to the people who are dedicating their lives to smaller charitable organisations that uplift communities and help them to become self-sustainable.

So dig deep please - and sponsor me!!!
