We provide support to stroke survivors to make life after stroke a reality

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page..

Hello,
We are Strokes For Strokes, a group of 7 students (Dom Glenister, Will Pedley, Seb Forsythe, Stevie Steers, Hattie Shoosmith, Cameron Glenister and Patryk Kulik) in the Lower Sixth at Worth School, training to swim the English Channel as a relay between the 2nd and 9th of July.
We have been training since January and started our sea training in May.

We would like to thank Price Forbes & Partners who have enabled us to swim the channel by generously sponsoring our boat pilot.

We are raising money for Strokes Association UK who research into cutting-edge treatments and help those with making full recoveries. Overall helping reduce the number of people dying from strokes by half in the last 20 years. Strokes still remain the third biggest killer in the UK and with your generosity we can help to reduce this.

Thank you so much for your support in the lead up to our feat.
