Hey folks. Thanks for taking the time to visit this page. To those of you who donate every year, thanks for the continued support and to all you new folk donating for the first year, a massive thank you as well.

I am into my 4th attempt at a strictly event. This time round I will be dancing with Sarah who is bursting her strictly cherry!  We have a group dance to Proud Mary to master and a Viennese Waltz to Queen as our single dance. Tough few months ahead but ready for the challenge!

CAUSE are a local charity who help and support families who have a family member who suffers from a serious mental illness.

CAUSE provides emotional and practical support to carers in the form of one to one meetings, support groups, a helpline and being a voice for that forgotten army of people.

CAUSE are an extremely worthwhile charity and depend on donations from you kind people in order to continue the ongoing support they provide.

CAUSE is now in its 20th year and we going big this year and hoping to raise over £20,000.

Dig deep folks and help us raise as much as possible.  Any donation, no matter how big or small will be greatly appreciated.

Also, tickets will be available soon for the show taking place at The Ramada on 28 November and cost £15 each. If you fancy a ticket, give myself of Sarah a shout
