Story

On 27 August I will be running around Bedgebury Arboretum dressed in a cape and hunting for geocaches, hoping to raise lots of money for Action Breaks Silence. This is my first time Geocaching and I am super excited. Please sponsor me, and help ABS to end violence against women and girls.

I am honoured to be a trustee of Action Breaks Silence, an exceptional charity on a mission to empower, educate and protect women and children worldwide against gender-based violence. We are currently working in India, South Africa and England, delivering two workshops - free of charge:

1)  Empowerment workshops for women and girls, building confidence through educational discussion and physical self-defence skills; and

2)   Interactive workshops for eight to 13 year old boys, designed to inspire empathy towards women and girls, and eradicate violent behaviour in future generations.
