In April I am probably attempting the biggest challenge of my life! Running 26.2 miles for this 'Super Boy' Tommy and for the Wolf Hirschhorn Syndrome Trust. 

The total I raise will be equally split between Tommy and the WHS Trust.

For Tommy, funds will go towards a much needed specialized stroller (approximately costing £1000) for his needs, and for the WHS Trust,  money will go towards supporting families whose children are affected by this syndrome.

Tommy was born 5yrs ago the same time as my son. I met his parents in our post natal group where they became great friends of mine. At 7 months of age Tommy was diagnosed with Wolf Hirschhorn Syndrome from then on his needs have grown increasingly more complex where he now needs 24/7 care. Although he is unable to walk and talk and live his life unaided,  he is never the less a gorgeous little boy who we all adore. My small but possibly tough challenge will hopefully go a long way in purchasing a stroller which will get him around and make his parents life easier too.
