I am THE last person that many people would associate with completing a skydive. I am definitely not a big risk taker and don't usually like being a foot outside of my comfort zone! Also being over 50 doesn't help!!

In the past few years, my loving father has been living with Dementia and I have been organising his care and well-being. 

Sadly, he passed away in March this year. 

Having seen first hand how these organised activities and mind stimulation programs help aid people living with Dementia and other illnesses, whilst helping to maintain a certain quality of life and happiness - I am very passionate about this cause. Because of charities such as Alive and all the amazing people that work in elderly care - my dad has always maintained his day-to-day wicked sense of humor and beautiful smile.
My daughters and grandson also visited a local care home to assist Alive in their voluntary daily activites - and witnessed the amazing effects this charity has on our elderly.

If you can, please donate whatever you can to the cause - but if you can't, any moral support would be great!.. As I think i'm going to need it!
