SPACE is an amazing charity that does exceptional work for children with disabilities, whilst providing much needed support for their families.

As our charity for the year the SQA's at Chester University have been doing several fund raising events and now I'm putting myself through some pretty intense physical challenges to help us out .....

12th March - The Suffering - 10km obstacle race

10th April - Viking Power Bench Squat Dead - powerlifting competition

30th April - Gung-Ho - 5km, Europes biggest inflatable course

14th May - Tough Mudder Half - 6 miles, 20 obstacles, lots of running

3rd July - Muddy Maniacs - 6km, 30 obstacles

17th July - Delamere Commando Trail - 10km obstacle race
