We serve mentally ill and homeless people to provide practical services & activities

Story

I attempted my first triathlon last year and, caught up in the excitement of having actually got through it without collapsing, bought my hired wet-suit.... so now I have to do it again!

This year, feeling a little more confident about completing it, I am also raising money for this amazing project supporting homeless and people with mental health problems in Baron's Court, London. The project has struggled recently with cuts in local government funding and has been on the brink of closure. But, primarily thanks to the creativity and hard work of my wonderful friend Michael, who runs the project, it is not only surviving, but developing its services. At a time when so many of our services, in particular mental health and housing, are under so much pressure, a project like this is more vital than ever. So, I am grateful for any support you can give.
