I lost my little princess at 22 weeks n 6 days gestation due to an infecton. I went into the hospital on the monday and was diagnosed with an incompetent cervix unfortunatly the friday my waters broke and the saturday I went into labour. After a horrible 10 hour labour my little princess was born at 1:50 am on the sunday morning weighing 1 lbs an 4 ounces. Brooke was born sleeping. I got to stay with Brooke until the monday afternoon n the only reason I got to stay with her is because I had a cold cot to use. The Royal Berkshire Hospital only have 2 of these available and if you dont have one of these u dont get to stay with ur baby. You would have to say goodbye sooner than u would like so u wouldnt get to make memories. To me for any grieving parent this is so important and i want to be able to raise enough money for anybody put in my position. Losing a child has got to be the hardest thing ever for any parent to go through. Unfortunatly its common and happens more than you would know. If i could rasie the funds for a cold cot in Brookes memory then I will feel a bit at peace, my baby girl is never coming back but this is a way i can remember her and help others so if you could donate I would be greatful every little helps.
