Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Sadly my running partner for the London marathon, Paul Cowell, has finally seen sense and had to defer his place to next year after a period of knee injuries and labyrinthitis.

Now with the 24th April 2016 London marathon getting ever nearer, I need your help to break past my £1,500 fundraising target and show me your support and give me the much needed and gratefully appreciated motivation in order for me to get my pavement pounding feet across that finish line 😁😜.

Through my training I wouldn't be without my trusty running companion, the lovely Mr Danny Jones, who, on occasion has dragged me out the front door like a sulking child in order to get me training. I am now running 13m + and pushing myself further with every run and I am actually starting to enjoy running 😁 Never thought I would say those words.

I would like to thank all my friends and family that have already sponsored me, and your kinds words of encouragement are keeping me training hard to make you proud on race day.
