Story
On Tuesday 16th September 2014 something that should of been one of the happiest occasions for a family turned to a tragedy. My sister in law, Jodie Nicole Wilson went into hospital to give birth to her 2nd child but unfortunately she never returned as she passed away during the delivery of baby Caleb Wilson. This awful tragedy was caused by what is called a amniotic fluid embolism and currently there is very little research out there that explains why this happens. So with this in mind as a family we are currently in process of arranging a number of different fundraising events that will help us raise money for a charity called 'Wellbeing of Women'.
So on Monday 27th July @ Chichester Golf Club I am planning to run a Charity Golf Day in memory of Jodie. All money that is raised will be going to the Lisa Waterman Foundation which is part of the charity Wellbeing of Women, they are doing research on this area that causes so much pain for a family. The day will be starting at 9am and the first tee time will 9.50am where Leo Wilson, Jodie's 3 year old son will be hitting the first shot of the day to open the Charity Day in the style of the 'Masters'
Can I thank you for your kind offer of 'sponsorship for a hole' this means so much to my family and I. I've arranged with Chichester Golf Club to advertise your business to be situated on the tee and around the green. If you have any company banners or sails I'm more than happy to arrange for these to be situated near and around your hole.
I've included details of the 'Charity' for your records.
