Story
In August 2016 nine friends will embark on an epic quest.
The challenge; to climb to the highest points of Wales, England and finally Scotland.
3 mountains, 3 days all in memory of our brother and close friend Tom 'Moose' Moulton who tragically passed away on the 27th of July 2015.
We brave nine are Greg Moulton, younger brother to Tom Moulton, Scott Wiseman, David Magor, Dean 'Marez' Cook, Stuart Webb, Daniel Scarrott, Stuart Hyde and brothers Ethan & Matthew Summersby, all are close friends of Greg and had become close to Moose through friendships that had formed some 10 years ago.
Every year we would go on a weeks camping trip to either Scotland or Wales, spend time together trekking across beautiful landscapes before finishing the trip with a climb up the countries' tallest peaks.
We had always discussed one day completing the Three Peaks Challenge and felt the time was right to finally accomplish our goal.
We are raising money for Southend YMCA a charity that Moose worked tirelessly for to raise awareness of youth homelessness in the local area and Epilepsy Research UK, Moose suffered from epilepsy, yet he never let his condition define him or force him to live his life any other way than his way.
We hope the monies raised will help Southend YMCA continue it's great work supporting vulnerable young people and aid Epilepsy Research UK to hopefully one day discover a cure for epilepsy.
Thank you for your support, it is greatly appreciated.
Yours,
The Fellowship of The Moose
