Following the success of THT's 'Mudderlings' at ToughMudder last year a group of THT ladies have committed to the Filthy Girl MudRun to support our 3 chosen charities (Cancer Research UK, End ChildPoverty & Trafford Young Carers). We're sure the lure of the promised 'prosecco tent' and 'pop-up nail bar' will help with our endurance through the mud and obstacles! #ManchesterMuddyMinxes #MMM

We Care because you Care! Trafford Carers Centre supports unpaid Carers in the Trafford area. We offer carers respite, therapy, counselling, advocacy and health checks as well as advice and information to help overcome the physical and emotional pressures of the unpaid caring role.
