We gather donations of food and money to help local people through hard times

Story

The official poverty line in the UK is just under a pound a day. Only seven pounds to spend on food in a week where many people may spend over ten times that.

I am going to spend only £5 on food for five days, so I can put myself in the shoes of someone under the poverty line, raise awareness about food poverty and fund raise for Cambridge City Food Bank, which provides food and money for deprived and struggling people in Cambridge.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
