I am running the London marathon to raise money to support sight impaired people to adapt to their sight loss & live independently. 

I have chosen this charity because 3 years ago my mum lost the majority of her sight due to an irreversible condition called non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy (NAION). Charities like KAB played a vital role in those first few awful months after it happened.
