Thank you for donating to this very worthy cause. I am competing with a team from my school (King George V/KGV) in an event called "Stop The Traffik". This race takes place over 24 hours starting at 9am on Saturday 23rd Nov and ending at 9am on Sunday 24th Nov. It is an endurance race where you take it in turns to run 3.2 km around the Hong Kong Peak with the aim to complete as many laps as possible. 

The money raised will go to the charity "Freedom Matters" which I feel is a really good cause. It was set up by Phillip Holmes, a British army lieutenant, who when visiting Nepal saw the horrific conditions that children faced who had been tricked into working in the sex industry or into slave labour in factories.  After his wife died he dedicated himself to helping return trafficked children to their parents and get them rehabilitation. 

The charity also is active in finding traffickers so police can prosecute them.
