On Saturday 11 June 2016, I will be running the Summer Wolf Run as part of the Kennedys Wolf Pack. This is no ordinary 10km and there will be lakes, woods, and lots and lots of mud.

We will be raising money for our partner charity, Age International, which provides much needed advice and medical care to elderly people in some of the world's poorest countries.
