Despite being overweight and very unfit, we have stupidly signed up to climb the three highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales, in just one weekend! That's trekking 42k in distance and reaching heights of 3,000 metres...

This means travelling through the night on Friday 22nd/Saturday 23rd July to tackle Snowdon before the sun has even risen! Once that's completed, we're off to Scafell Pike to climb before it gets dark again. After a quick overnight stop, we're up at the crack of dawn to get to Ben Nevis, climbing up and down during Sunday 24th July.

We are completing this crazy challenge in aid of CCP (County Community Projects), a local charity that do great work with homeless and disadvantaged in Cheltenham and Gloucester, and the surrounding areas: http://www.ccprojects.org.uk/ 

CCP exists to transform the lives of children, young people, families and vulnerable adults by Preventing Homelessness, Strengthening Families and Promoting Independence.
