Isabella is a beautiful, intelligent and vivacious 5 year old girl who has cerebral palsy. On the 1st April Isabella successfully underwent a selective dorsal rhizotomy (SDR) operation at Great Ormond Street hospital that will give her a much better quality of life.
Unfortunately the NHS do not fund this operation nor the intensive after care rehabilitation that Isabella will need. So far Isabella's family has provided the deposit for the operation, but they are a long way from covering the cost of both the operation and after care, which costs in excess of £55,000.
Isabella now needs our help to pay for the next two years of specialised therapies, equipment and care that she desperately needs to ensure that she maximises the benefits of the operation and its outcome.

With our help Isabella can enjoy a future where she will struggle less and will have much better control and quality of movement in her legs and upper body. She will gain better balance and dexterity and generally improve her concentration and speech. Isabella will also finally be pain free and be able to experience more restful nights.
