We lost one of the greatest writers of our time in 2015.  Sir Terry touched so many peoples hearts and lives.  Sadly he was taken away from us far too early.

For some reason the Gods have decided to put a daft idea in my head.  This involves me running (I use the term loosely as I'm a 16stone truck driver) 22 miles, up 5,055ft to the top of Mount Snowdon, then back down, followed by an assault course.

I will NOT be running this in an Orangutan costume, so get that idea out of you heads before it starts.  

I, like pretty much every DW fan, love the Librarian.  I hope that me doing this can help raise some much needed money for something that was so close to PTerry's heart.

UPDATE Oct 2016

I have now completed the Lincoln Half Marathon in a time of 2:41:00 

I now have the Sheffield 10km at the end of October to complete and that will be 2 10k's, a half marathon and the Man Vs Mountain 24 mile race completed this year.

Since setting up this page  I have also taken part in the Lincoln 10Km race.  I am now also signed up to do the Lincoln Half Marathon in October this year and then the Sheffield 10km race in November of this year too.
