Following a silly conversation at work one day an unlikely group of individuals covering all ages and levels of fitness decided it would be a great idea to enter a triathlon in the name of a charity close to their hearts.

The common theme in the group??  Zero triathlon experience...

Having first hand experience of the amazing work that Havens Hospices carry out makes this cause a very personal one.  Havens Hospices continue to make every day count for those with life-limiting illnesses, and their families.  Whilst receiving limited government funding, Havens Hospices can only exist because of the support and generosity of the community.  We hope that you can help us help Havens so the wonderful work they do can continue and provide the support to thousands of people when they need it most.
