Ten of us from the Edinburgh office have decided to tackle this years ‘Survival of the Fittest’ race to raise funds for Charles Stanley’s charity of the year, the ‘Head and Neck Cancer Foundation’. This is a 10km run featuring 10 challenging obstacle ‘zones’, one of which is a ‘leisurely’ jog up Arthur’s Seat.

HNFC is an independent charity that supports ground-breaking research into the treatments of head and neck cancer. The face is a person’s window into the world, as well as being the window through which we are viewed. The object of the HNCF is to minimise the impact of cancer surgery so that patients can still integrate easily into their community and maintain their quality of life, with your donations we can help make a massive difference to the future of head and neck cancer treatment.
