Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

After years of being told I can't run and I am over weight i decided I would prove everyone wrong and with all the down of my father passing I thought that it was time to turn my life around so with a heavy heart and him sat on my shoulder I decided to  shed weight and take up running. 

I have chosen Stepping Stones as my charity as they have supported us as a family of a child with an additional need.
