Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Im raising money for AKPA to show my appreciation to them for the help they give my cousin Karl, Karl is 23 years old he has a 3 year son Bradley. Karl has been in kidney failure since April 2011 and needs dialysis on a daily basis. Karl is awaiting a kidney donor. In the meantime Karl is an inspiration to myself and all his cousins as he continues to smile and work throughout this difficult time, its an honour to have him as a cousin and i hope to show Karl by completing this my recognition of all that is being done to support him. Huge thanks to everyone at Addenbrookes for their care and support especially all the kidney departments, Low Clearance, C5, Dialysis and Karl's 2nd home...Home Therapies. There are thousands of people currently on the waiting list in the UK for organs - Give the Gift of Life by registering for Organ Donation.
