About 5 years ago we decided that we could take on another dog to keep our girlie Rotweiler Tess company. We found Max on the Doris Banham Rescue web site and straight away knew that we had to go and meet him. He was unwanted in spite of being a lovely cuddly bear of a dog and so when I was challenged to grow my beard for money I could think of no more deserving a cause than this.
