Nine years ago I was diagnosed as having Coeliac disease. Coeliac disease is a lifelong autoimmune disease caused by intolerance to gluten.

1 in 100 people have Coeliac disease in the UK and estimates are that 500,000 people are undiagnosed.

On 1st January this year I decided to raise money for the Coeliac Society www.coeliac.org.uk who support those with the disease as well as funding research into the disease.

Last year I cycled to Paris....this year Richard and I take on 100 miles in a day.
