As many of you will know, I've worked for Envision, a small youth charity based in Birmingham, Bristol and London, for four years and feel passionately about the work we do to support and develop young people to be change-makers in their communities. Not only do we embed a sense of responsibility and 'can-do' attitude in our young people, but we support them to develop the skills they need to go on to university and jobs. 

We've just delivered our best year operationally to date, but we find ourselves in a really tough financial position. 

Luckily, just a little help from family and friends can see our small charity over the line and ensure we can continue to inspire and empower young people to tackle social issues across Birmingham.
