I live in Winsford, Cheshire and one of the many great things about our town is the Neuro Muscular centre.

This is main treatment centre in the UK for the treatment of this muscular dystrophy. In the foyer of the centre is a UK map locating the homes of each of the patients. This important work serves people from all four corners of the UK and many, many places in between.

They receive no public funding and rely on fundraising for the budget they require.
