We have been supporting Sussex Heart Charity for several years because it is a great cause. They fund state of the art equipment that wouldn't normally be available to hospitals and help with community projects such as the train platform defibrillator project, which will save lives in Sussex.

Riding 75 miles off-road will probably be the most grueling challenge my brother-in-law, Graham, and I have attempted because we aim to get a good time on top of just completing it.
