The Suffolk Community Foundation manage a fund called The Suffolk Disability Care Fund

The aim of The Suffolk Disability Care Fund is to improve the quality of life for children and adults with disabilities living in Suffolk by helping to provide daily-living equipment recommended by the beneficiary’s Health Professional. The fund will only consider equipment which is not supplied by the NHS, Suffolk County Council or other statutory providers.

Examples of equipment that are considered are Wheelchairs, Specialised chairs, Car seats and Specialised buggies and trikes
