I'm doing this event because it's a huge challenge for myself and in the process raising money for people who are effected by this awful disease. Every single one of us as seen a friend or family member lose their battle with cancer. This local charity helps improve equipment and facilities for patients undergoing life changing  treatments. It would be greatly appreciated if you could all dig deep and donate what you can. I'm running 26 miles, that is nothing compared to the marathon ahead of every cancer patient.
