Thank you for taking the time to visit this page created in memory of Tony Beahan.
Tony's untimely death on 10th November 2015 was a great shock to all that knew him and he will be sadly missed.
Tony began his working life at the Royal Ordnance Factory (ROF) in Chorley as an Assistant Scientific Officer. After the closure of the ROF in 1990 Tony spent a brief period at Rentokil before joining Petrolite in November 1991 as a chemist in the Customer Analytical Group, then progressing to managing the Baker Hughes UK Analytical Services department for 17 successful years. Tony left Baker Hughes in July 2014 to take care of his sick father.
Tony's funeral will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday 24th November 2015 at Christ Church, Newburgh, Lancashire, WN8 7XB, followed by a burial service in the church grounds. There will be a reception to follow at Briars Hall Hotel, Briars Lane, Lathom, Ormskirk, L40 5TH.
The family have requested that donations in his memory are made to the Wigan section of the Ileostomy & Internal Pouch Support Group of which Tony was Secretary.
