As most of you may know, I underwent major emergency cardiac surgery at Royal Sussex Hospital, Brighton in September 2015. After 8 weeks in hospital,  I got home & I could barely walk 10 yards with a Zimmer frame.  Now I am able to walk much better with just one stick.  I am strolling along Worthing, Brighton, Hastings & Eastbourne piers over 2 days,  in support of Sussex Heart Charity. My wife Mary will accompany me.  I want to raise as much as possible, so please make a donation if you wish. I am very grateful for support from everyone over the last 10 months.
