My brother Anthony tragically died on Monday 19th August at the age of 34. He left behind two beautiful children, Isabelle 7 and Matthew 2. Matthew suffers form a very rare genetic condition called PKU. Matthew attends Manchester childrens hospital for regular check ups as this condition currently has no cure. The Gem Appeal raises funds for research in to all genetic conditions and hopefully one day, they will find a cure.
