As most of you may know, I (Emma) am not a runner. So to raise money for this charity I knew I had to set myself a real challenge. My lovely colleagues Nick and Paul have gallantly offered to join me (i.e I've roped them in to help!) I truly have awesome workmates.

Global care do such fantastic work supporting children in Lebanon who've fled war in Syria and they really need your help. I've seen the conditions they're living in and it's not nice. If kids in England weren't being educated it would be a human rights issue - it is a human rights issue so please dig deep and the months of training worth it! Thank you.
