Story
Many Toyeites, house tutors, and a couple of four-legged friends will walk over 20 miles from the edge of Salisbury to Farley Mount, just outside Winchester along the Clarendon Way on Sunday, 4 October.
Our charity of choice is Ace Africa, who have benefitted from the walk in previous years. Their mission is to empower children and their communities to improve and sustain their own health, wellbeing, and development in Kenya and Tanzania. The money we raise will be going to the education of school children.
Ace Africa is a worthy charity - the founder, Joe Waddington, has been awarded an MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours list for her services to deprived children and communities in Africa.
