Story

Hey
Everyone (Family, friends, Colleagues, acquaintances!!) thank you for clicking on my Just “glittering and sequined” giving page!

Having never done any “proper” dancing before (I can’t really call my dancing around the kitchen “proper”) I have started to find out just how difficult it is to dance like the pros (or attempt to anyway), while smiling and looking elegant and of course making it look so easy – there was me thinking I had some natural rhythm !!

In aid of the fantastic charity KidsAid (a local charity that provides much needed therapeutic support for children and young people suffering any kind of trauma) I will be putting on some proper dancing shoes and taking part in

Strictly Barclaycard  on Thursday 3 March 2016

where I will be wearing a smile, a sparkly dress and dancing shoes.

The event itself will be held at The Deco Theatre and tickets can be booked through http://decotheatre.savoysystems.co.uk/DecoTheatre.dll/ by clicking on “book now”.  Tickets are priced between £15 and £10 and for that small amount you get to come and have a laugh and watch me and my Strictly friends try our best to impress you with our dance moves - hilarious!

If you can't attend then a donation of a pound or two for this fantastic cause would be much appreciated. I will be applying to Barclaycard to match what I raise, so your donation will be worth twice as much as you pledge.

Thank you so much and please follow the StrictlyBC Facebook page for updates on our journey!
